Pioneer Approaches Aldebaran

Poem by DJ Tyrer describing the arrival of the Pioneer space probe in the Aldebaran system in the distant future where the city of Carcosa waits beside lake Demhe. It was published in the broadsheet Bard and later collected in The Phantom Of Truth; for the former appearance it was short-listed for the 2010 Data Dump Award and for the latter was long-listed for the Award in 2011.
